Nadima Kausar has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare and telecommunications industry as a strategist, architect and development lead. She worked for many established healthcare and telecom equipment vendors. She is known for judicious application of her strategic and development skills in multi-billion dollar healthcare industry at McKesson and Allscripts. She is at present working on how to bring inter-industry knowledge from Telecommunication to Healthcare. Some of her work included bringing Telemedicine concepts for Indian market through integrating Telecom, database and Electronic Medical Record technologies.
Nadima earned her MS in Computer Science from Old Dominion University, and bachelor degree from Jamia College of Engineering, India. She and her husband live with their two children in Cary, North Carolina. She is interested in gardening and travelling.
